FRIEDHEIM -- Cora C. Sauer, 90, of Friedheim, died Saturday, July 6, 1991, at her home.

She was born March 3, 1901, at Daisy, daughter of Chap and Emma Kaiser Stearns. She married Alvin Sauer Oct. 21, 1921, at Perryville.

Sauer was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church here, and its Ladies Aid.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Constance Detjen of Friedheim; two granddaughters, Delores Meyr of Perryville, Judy Miller of Oak Ridge; seven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at McCombs Funeral Chapel in Jackson. The Rev. Adam Mueller will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. today.
