Connie Jackson Dormeyer, 60, of Scott City passed away Thursday, Oct. 15, 2020, at Saint Francis Medical Center. She was born in Memphis, Tennessee, Nov. 22, 1959, to William "Sonny" and Betty Hart Jackson. She was a beloved mother and grandma.
