Conner Moore

Conner Renee Moore, age 7 days, daughter of Joshua Moore and Holly Collins of Jackson, met Jesus on Thursday, June 28, 2012, at St. Louis Children's Hospital. Conner struggled with multiple complications during the brief week of her life.

She was born Thursday, June 21, 2012, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She is survived by her parents and big sister, Mikaelyn Moore, all of Jackson; grandparents and great-grandparents, Keri Moore, Bill J. (Laura) Moore Jr. and Evelyn Collins, all of Jackson, Roger Collins of Union, Mo., Elizabeth Howard of Whitewater, Colo., Jerry Moore Sr. of Oak Ridge, Kathy (Eddie) Shackles of Whitewater, Mo., Sylvia (the late Raymond) Collins of Jackson, Herbert (the late Ruth) Smith Sr. of Caruthersville, Mo., and the late Lawrence Feller; aunts and uncles, Matthew Clark, Jeri (Alex) Carr, Keith Collins, Chris Collins, Kasey (Rhys) Straatmann.

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to time of service Tuesday at the chapel of McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Sam Roethemeyer officiating. Interment will be in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.

Memorials may take the form of contributions to the family.
