Cody Phillips

MORLEY, Mo. -- Cody Lynn Phillips, 3, of Morley died Thursday, June 17, 2004, at St. Louis Children's Hospital.

He was born Aug. 9, 2000, in Cape Girardeau, son of Daniel Lynn and Angela Marie Glueck Phillips.

Cody was a member of Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran, Mo.

Survivors include his parents; two brothers, Nathaniel and Brayden Phillips of the home; paternal grandparents, Don and Joan Phillips of Oak Ridge; maternal grandfather, Marvin Glueck of Oran; maternal great-grandmothers, Jacqueline McAtee of Greenville, Mo., and Vernita Schott of Oran.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Becky Glueck.

Friends may call at Guardian Angel Church after 4 p.m. Sunday. Parish prayers will be at 7.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the church, with the Rev. John Harth officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery.
