Clifford Schrieber, 65, 1833 Rampart, died Friday, March 10, 1995, at Ven Cor Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born Oct. 31, 1929, in St. Louis, son of the late George Schrieber and Irene Schrieber Hansen of St. Louis. He married Norma Ruth Wagganer July 14, 1951, in St. Louis.
He was an Air Force veteran and attended St. Andrew Lutheran Church. He was an electrical technician, retiring from Western Union in 1982. He was a member of the Elks Lodge and bowling league in Jackson.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Don Schrieber of Poplar Bluff and Dennis Schrieber of Pueblo, Colo.; a daughter, Sheryl McCulley of Oklahoma City; three brothers, Earl and Bud Schrieber, both of St. Louis, and Ed Schrieber of Truth or Consequences, N.M.; a sister, Mable Degonia of Webb City; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one sister.
Friends may call at the Ford & Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau today from 4 to 8 p.m.
Funeral service will be Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral chapel. The Rev. Louis Launhardt will officiate with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
