CLESSIE MARIE MASON

ORAN -- Clessie Marie Mason, 61, of Oran died Sunday, Dec. 18, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Jan. 8, 1933, to Robert Lance and Ada Thompson in Marshall, Ark.

Mason married Carl Mason of Oct. 25, 1952, in Sikeston. He survives.

Mason was a member of Oran First Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Mark Mason of Oran; two daughters, Sharon Pantokaoff of St. Louis and Lisa Mason of Oran; three brothers, Leonard Lance of LaSalle, Ill., Roy D. Lance of Rantoul, Ill., and Kenneth Lance or Putman, Ill.; four sisters, Velma Beavers of Utica, Ill., Ethel Beavers of Morrilton, Ark., Eula Zermeno of Oglesby, Ill., and Opal Bernardoni of Oglesby, Ill.; and a grandchild.

Friends may call Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran today after 5 p.m.

Funeral service will be at the Oran First Baptist Church Tuesday at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Jerry Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Cemetery in Morley.
