Clayton Windell Davis, 83, 2504 Fairview, died Wednesday, July 17, 1991, at his home.
He was born Sept. 20, 1907, at Fruitland, son of Floy Everett and Zona Blanche Colyer Davis. He and Margaret E. Farmer were married Sept. 17, 1944, in Cape Girardeau.
Davis was terminal manager with Kimbel, Delta and ABF Truck Lines, retiring Oct. 29, 1972. He was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church and Bootheel Rambler Travel Trailer Club.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Becky Andrews of Gordonville, Jane Sinn of Cape Girardeau, and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. The Rev. James Sanderson will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. today.
