CLAUDE HOGAN

GLEN ALLEN -- Funeral service for Claude Franklin Hogan of Glen Allen will be held at 11 a.m. today at New Salem Baptist Church near Marble Hill. The Rev. Randy Poole will officiate. Burial will be in Jefferson Barracks Cemetery in St. Louis.

Liley Funeral Home at Marble Hill is in charge of arrangements.

Hogan, 78, died Tuesday, Aug. 27, 1996, at his home.

He was born Jan. 12, 1918, at Elizabethtown, Ill., son of Henry and Frances Goen Hogan. He and Dorothy Betsch were married March 15, 1952.

Hogan was a member of New Salem Church.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Claude Hogan Jr. of Chaffee; a daughter, Claudette Cureton of Marble Hill; a brother, Chester Hogan of Texas, and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by four brothers.
