GLEN ALLEN -- Clarence Lindley, 61, of Glen Allen, died Wednesday, April 22, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Oct. 20, 1930, at Kennett, son of Jess W. and Grace Walker Lindley. He and Bonnie Colburn were married Sept. 2, 1950.
Lindley was a lineman with IBEW Local 2 in St. Louis. He moved to this area in 1969 from Wright City.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Michael Lindley of Independence, Douglas and Daniel Lindley of Glen Allen; a daughter, Kathleen Dees of Glen Allen; his mother, Grace Barwick of Wappapello; a brother, Jess Lindley of Buckeye, Ariz.; a sister, Wilma Carrol of Hopkinsville, Ky., and 12 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Old Trace Creek Baptist Church near Glen Allen. The Rev. Bill Moss will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill after 4 p.m. today, and at the church Saturday after 1 p.m.
