EAST PRAIRIE -- Clarence Auston Dillard, 72, of East Prairie, died Saturday, Oct. 8, 1994, at 1:15 p.m. in Missouri Delta Medical Center at Sikeston.
He was born Sept. 6, 1922, in Shawneetown, Ill., son of Wesley and Bertha Ann Dillard.
He married Betty Lou Phillips in February of 1955. She survives.
He lived in Mississippi County most of his life and was employed by Wolf Island Farms near East Prairie.
Other survivors include two sisters, Marie Myers of Cairo, Ill., and Mary Brown of DeSoto, Mich., ad several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.
Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. today at East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery, with Bro. Burl Britt, associate pastor of Full Gospel Church of East Prairie, officiating.
Friends may call after 1 p.m today at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.
