ANNA, Ill. -- Mrs. Clara R. Livesay, 83, of Ware, died Friday, April 22, 1994, at City Care Center in Anna.
She was born Aug. 8, 1910, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Charles and Sarah Rockwell Kenney.
She married George V. Livesay on Aug. 26, 1930 in Aldridge, Ill. He preceded her in death Dec. 4, 1988.
She is survived by eight daughters, Dorothy Jean Easton of E. Cape Girardeau, Ill., Linda Brown and Kay Carver, both of McClure, Ill, Bonnie Penrod of Ware, Betty Knight of Campbellsville, Ky., Pat Ferguson of Dongola, Shirley Murakami and Nancy Hobbs, both of Cape Girardeau; three sons, Wayne Livesay of Ware, Jim Livesay of Centralia, and Bob Livesay of Wolf Lake; 30 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
She was a member of the Reynoldsville Baptist Church.
Service will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at the Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna, with the Rev. Raymond Oxford officiating. Burial will be in Jonesboro Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today.
