CLARA KELLETT

BERTRAND -- Clara Lanell Kellett, 82, of Bertrand died Monday, Aug. 23, 1999, at Bertrand Nursing Facility.

She was born Sept. 15, 1916, in Abbeville, Miss., daughter of James Moore and Margaret E. Hines Jamieson. She and F.H. Kellett were married Nov. 15, 1935.

Kellett lived in Mississippi County most of her life, and was a member of Shady Acres Church of Christ in Sikeston.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Jim Kellett of Bertrand; a daughter, Linda Collier of Jackson; a sister, Doris McLain of Memphis, Tenn.; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother.

Friends may call at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Johnny Hester and Pat Hogan will officiate. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery near Charleston.
