Christina Beth Greenley, 42, of Cape Girardeau, entered her heavenly home Friday, Nov. 22, 2019, while visiting her son in Liberty, Missouri. She was born Sept. 13, 1977, in Cape Girardeau.

Christy receieved a degree in respiratory therapy from Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center, Missouri Board for Respiratory Care. Upon graduation, she was employed by Saint Francis Medical Center.

In April 1997, she was employed as customer service representative for American Homepatient Health Care in Cape Girardeau. In July 2019, she received certification as a certified nurse's assistant from the State of Missouri.

She was a member of Lake Milligan Baptist Church.

Christy is survived by her mother, Nancy Farris Speakman of Cape Girardeau; father, Clayton (Betty) Greenley of Olive Branch, Illinois; son, Payton Ryan Miles of Liberty; brothers, Jeremy (Emily) Greenley and Kyle (Kari) Greenley of Sikeston, Missouri; maternal grandmother, Lois Miller Farris of Cape Girardeau; and many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Mark Anderson officiating. Burial will be at Cape County Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Payton Miles Scholarship Fund.
