ORAN -- Chrishella Shantelle Cook, 15 months, of Oran died Saturday, April 11, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Jan. 9, 1991, in Poplar Bluff, the daughter of Ronnie Christopher Cook and Dawn Renee Harless, who both survive of the home.

Other survivors include maternal grandmother, Mary Harless Palmer of Oran; maternal step-grandfather, Ronald Palmer of Oran; paternal grandmother, Jackie Eftink of Burfordville; paternal step-grandfather, Kenny Eftink of Burfordville; maternal great-grandmother, Mary Russle of Oran; paternal great-grandmother, Elva Gall of Oran; and paternal step, great-grandfather, Art Gall of Oran.

Friends may call after 11 a.m. Tuesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran, where funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Jack Bishop will officiate, and burial will be in Friend Cemetery in Oran.
