PATTON -- Cheri M. Welker, 48, of rural Marble Hill died Sunday, Nov. 13, 1994, at Park Hills. She was born Aug. 4, 1946, at Bonne Terre, the daughter of Oscar and Edna Pierce Stewart. PATTON -- Cheri M. Welker, 48, of rural Marble Hill died Sunday, Nov. 13, 1994, at Park Hills.

She was born Aug. 4, 1946, at Bonne Terre, the daughter of Oscar and Edna Pierce Stewart.

On Sept. 24, 1983, in Marble Hill, she married Danny Welker, who survives of the home. She was a member of the United Pentecostal denomination.

Survivors include a son, Rodney Faulkner of Texas City, Texas; four brothers, Joe Stewart of Bismark, Charles Stewart of Marysville, Calif., Oscar Forrester, Park Hills, and Walter Forrester, Bellvue; two sisters, Alberta Mayberry, Marysville, Calif., and Nancy Loughary, Park Hills.

She was preceded in death by two brothers.

Friends may call after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Liley Funeral Home in Patton, where the funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. The Rev. Donnie Loughary will officiate, and burial will be in the Mount Zion Cemetery near Scopus.
