EAST CAPE GIRARDEAU, Ill. -- Charlotte Delores Bensa, 67, of East Cape Girardeau died Thursday, Oct. 8, 1998, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

She was born Sept. 24, 1931, in McClure, daughter of Kenneth and Hazel Reavis Waterman. She married Robert L. Bensa, who preceded her in death.

Bensa had been office manager at Dean Taylor Cadillac in Cape Girardeau many years, and prior to that had worked at other car dealerships.

Survivors include a daughter, Laura Coleson of East Cape; a brother, Norman Waterman of Waterloo; and a grandson.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel in Cape Girardeau.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the chapel, with Pastor Greg Morrison officiating. Burial will be in Lindsey Cemetery at McClure.
