MARBLE HILL -- Charles W. Russell of St. Charles died Tuesday, June 9, 1992, at his home. He was 67. He was born in Ellisburg, Ky., on July 19, 1924. He married Edna Mansker, who is from Bollinger County. She survives of the home. Surviving also are three daughters, Rita C. ...

MARBLE HILL -- Charles W. Russell of St. Charles died Tuesday, June 9, 1992, at his home. He was 67.

He was born in Ellisburg, Ky., on July 19, 1924.

He married Edna Mansker, who is from Bollinger County. She survives of the home.

Surviving also are three daughters, Rita C. Russell of St. Charles, Brenda Jordan of St. Peters, and Linda Swift of Cape Girardeau; five brothers, George Russell, Robert Russell and Arnold Russell, all of Indianapolis, Jerry Russell of Danville, Ky., and Phillip Russell of Harrodburg, Ky.; four sisters, Rita Desiderio of Indianapolis, Betty Humphrey of Cincinnati, Ohio, Stella Carr of Harrodburg, Ky., and Laura Crow of Ellisburg, Ky.; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

He was a retired assembly worker for General Motors at Wentzville and a member of the Prospect General Baptist Church of Lake St. Louis.

Visitation will be today from 2-8 p.m. Baue Funeral Home in St. Charles and Friday from 11-2 p.m. at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.

Funeral services will begin Friday at 2 p.m. at Liley Funeral Home. Officiating will be the Rev. Perry Welker. Burial will be in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
