CHARLES TREXLER

JONESBORO, Ill. -- Charles Eugene Trexler, 66, of Jonesboro, Ill., died Friday, June 8, 2001, at the Union County Hospital in Anna, Ill.

He was born May 25, 1935, at Alto Pass, Ill., son of William Edward and Bertha Fisher Trexler.

Survivors include seven sons, Ed, Lee and Arthur Trexler, all of Jonesboro, Darrell Trexler of Vergennes, Ill., Richard Trexler of Vienna, Ill., and Mark Semyeck and Jessie Trexler, both of Anna; a daughter, Nancy Stewart of Gulfport, Miss.; a sister, Ida Yoho of Alto Pass; 22 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at Lutz & Rendleman Funeral Home in Cobden, Ill., from 6 p.m. today.

Funeral will be 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. The Rev. Robert Norris will officiate, with burial in the Alto Pass Cemetery.
