JACKSON -- Charles K. Stoner, 65, of Jackson died Tuesday, April 22, 1997, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born July 1, 1931, in Wichita, Kan., son of Jesse J. and Jenny Macalroy Stoner. He and Laura Marie Jett were married Jan. 7, 1959.
Stoner was a member of Jackson Congregational Methodist Church Mission, from Harmony Congregational Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Charles Stoner of Dyess, Ark., Paul Stoner of Jackson; a daughter, Della Bollinger of Jackson; a brother, Paul Stoner of Gatewood; a sister, Margeruite Hightower of Wichita; and seven grandchildren.
Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Dean Heady and Kenneth Harper officiating. Burial will be in Berrong Cemetery at Zalma.
