Charles O. "Butch" Lunsford Jr., 56, of Jackson died Saturday, Feb. 28, 2004, at Jackson Manor Nursing Home. He was born Sept. 22, 1947, in Anna, Ill., son of Charles O. Sr. and Carol Farrow Lunsford. Survivors include a son, Mark Lunsford of Jackson; his mother; two brothers, Darrell Lunsford of Oriole, Mo., and Gary Lunsford of Jackson; three sisters, Kathryn Pasley of Jackson, Lana Ussery of Wittenburg, Mo., Pat Koch of Oak Ridge; and three grandchildren...

He was preceded in death by his father, two sisters and an infant brother.

There will be no visitation or service.

McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson is in charge of arrangements.
