LEOPOLD -- Charles J. Holzum, 63, of Leopold, died Tuesday, Aug. 10, 1993, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Nov. 16, 1929, in St. Louis, son of Fred M. and Rose J. Vandeven Holzum.
Survivors include his mother of Leopold, and a sister, Mary Florish of St. Louis.

He was preceded in death by his father and a brother.
Funeral mass will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. John's Catholic Church. The Rev. Michael Casteel will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at Baker Funeral Home in Marble Hill from 4-9 p.m. today. Parish prayers will be at 7:30.
