CHARLES HUNT JR.

SERENO -- Charles A. Hunt Jr., 91, of Sereno died Monday, Jan. 11, 1999, at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville.

He was born July 28, 1907, at Sereno, son of Charles A. and Eva Albrecht Hunt Sr. He and Bertha M. Moore were married Sept. 3, 1934.

Hunt had been a packing foreman at a weather strip company. He was a member of Our Lady of Victory at Sereno and Holy Name Society.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Bernice Harrington of Oak Park, Ill., Barbara Hoffnung of Perryville; a son, Norman Hunt of Addison, Ill.; a brother, William Hunt of Greenville, S.C.; a sister, Ruth Brewer of San Antonio, Texas; 15 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville from 4-9 p.m. today, and Wednesday from 6:30-9:20 a.m. A wake service will be held at 7:30 tonight.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Victory Church. The Rev. Francis Agnew will officiate, with burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
