Charles Edgar "Chuck" Frentzel, 70, of St. Louis passed away peacefully Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
He was born April 26, 1944, in Cape Girardeau, son of Herbert Carl and Corene Tucker Frentzel. He and Patricia Ann Winchester were married Feb. 18, 1965.
Survivors include a daughter, Sabrina Ann Frentzel (David) Chambliss; a grandchild, Evan Lewis; two sisters, Jane Culver and Kay (Ernie) Barbee of Columbia, Missouri; a sister-in-law, Judy Klipfel Frentzel of Cape Girardeau; three brothers, Kenneth (Charlotte) of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Herbert "Junior" Frentzel of Smithton, Illinois, Tim "Joker" (Julie) Frentzel of Swansea, Illinois; a half sister, Cora Lee Moore Sample of Cape Girardeau; a half brother, Jimmy (Carolyn) Moore of St. Charles, Missouri; an uncle, Charlie (Leona) Tucker of Cape Girardeau; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Trudy Frentzel Shaw (1990); and two brothers, Victor Carl Frentzel (2006) and Sammy Frentzel (2013).
Cremation has taken place, and a family memorial will be scheduled later.
