DONGOLA, Ill. -- Charles J. Earnhart, 77, of Dongola died Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2001, at his home.
He was born Nov. 18, 1923, in Dongola, son of Charles N. and Effie Eddleman Earnhart.
Earnhart was a retired farmer, and member of Mt. Zion Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, and a brother.
Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Anna, Ill., from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in American Legion Cemetery at Dongola.
