PARMA -- Funeral for Charles Edward Cupp of Parma will be held at 1 p.m. today at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Parma. The Rev. Jody Duncan will officiate. Burial will be in McGrew Cemetery at Senath.
Cupp, 62, died Sunday, Feb. 14, 1999, in Malden.
He was born Dec. 22, 1936, in Senath, son of Louis Arvil and Vernie Gertrue Williams Cupp. He and Patsy Sean Fletcher were married Oct. 28, 1965, in Walnut Ridge, Ark.
Cupp moved to Parma in 1965 from Senath. He was a farm laborer, and member of the Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include his wife; four sons, Eddie Cupp of Bernie, Charles Cupp of Parma, Jimmy Cupp of Springfield, Marty Cupp of Dexter; seven daughters, Kathy Conrad of Florida, Rosa Bratcher, Carolyn and Teresa Cobb of Bernie, Sheila Cardell of Kansas, Amelia Denson of Parma, and Patricia McDonald of Dexter.
Also surviving is a brother, Donny Cupp of Overland; a sister, Helen Mize of Senath; 24 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, three brothers, and two sisters.
