EAST PRAIRIE -- Charles Clifford Presson, 81, of East Prairie, died Friday, Dec. 31, 1993 at the Missouri Delta Medical Center.
He was born April 8, 1912 in the Henderson Mounds community near East Prairie, son of Charles Albert and Elzie Mae Carter Presson.
He was a retired farmer and a member of the First United Pentecostal Life Tabernacle in Sikeston.
He is survived by one brother, Jerome Presson, Sikeston; three sisters, Dorothy Williams, Sikeston, Nellie Bryant, Morehouse, and Ruby Adams, East Prairie.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.
Funeral service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the funeral chapel with Gaylon Butler, pastor of the Christian Family Church of Sikeston, officiating. He will be assisted by Billie Butler, pastor of the First United Pentecostal Life Tabernacle Church of Sikeston.
Burial will follow in the Dogwood Cemetery near East Prairie.
