Charlene Rose Saul, 61, of 524 Albert St., passed away Oct. 7, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. She was born August 22, 1931, in Fort Wayne, Ind., the daughter of Raymond P. Saul and Nelda H. Schack Saul. Her mother survives. She had lived in Cape Girardeau for 42 years, moving here from Fort Wayne. She graduated from Concordia Lutheran High School in Fort Wayne, and was a member of the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne...

Charlene Rose Saul, 61, of 524 Albert St., passed away Oct. 7, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

She was born August 22, 1931, in Fort Wayne, Ind., the daughter of Raymond P. Saul and Nelda H. Schack Saul. Her mother survives.

She had lived in Cape Girardeau for 42 years, moving here from Fort Wayne. She graduated from Concordia Lutheran High School in Fort Wayne, and was a member of the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne.

She was employed by Southeast Missouri Hospital as a certified medical transcriptionist for 22 years.

Prior to that she was employed by St. Francis Hospital.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau, where she participated in the choir and the Altar Guild.

She was the secretary of the Missouri Association of Medical Transcriptionists.

Survivors include her mother and numerous cousins.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel with the Rev. David Dissen officiating.

Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
