VILLA RIDGE, Ill. -- Cedric Larry, 13, of Villa Ridge died Saturday, May 21, 2005, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Nov. 30, 1991, in Cape Girardeau, son of James and Brenda Crown Larry.
Cedric was a seventh-grader at Meridian School, and a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Pulaski, Ill. He loved animals and bugs. He was very artistic and adventurous, loved Pokemon video games and making origami figures.
Survivors include his parents; a brother, Shawn (Stacy) Larry of Pulaski; a nephew, Ethan Larry of Pulaski; grandmother, Gladys Larry of Olmsted, Ill.; uncles and aunts, Darrell and Fern Larry, Bill and Sandy Sharp, Sharon and Randy Neeley, Rita and Dave Krayson, Joyce Christler; two great-aunts, Kay Turner and Corine Clancy; cousins; other relatives; and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, James M. Larry Sr., and maternal grandparents, Dave and Leone Crown.
Friends may call today until of service at Crain Funeral Home in Ullin, Ill.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at the funeral home, with the Rev. Terry Kern officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Pulaski.
