CECELIA ERWIN

PERRYVILLE -- Cecelia L. Erwin, 92, of Perryville died Tuesday, March 21, 2000, at Perry County Nursing home.

She was born Oct. 24, 1907, in Ste. Genevieve County, daughter of Henry and Julia Taylor Grass. She and Andrew Erwin were married June 5, 1925. He died Oct 21, 1966.

Erwin was a member of First Baptist Church and served as a Sunday school teacher. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include a sister, Pearl Zahner of Perryville, two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Andrew Erwin and Roy Erwin; a brother; and three sisters.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Chapel in Perryville from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday and after 6:30 a.m. Saturday.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral chapel, with the Rev. Larry Brandt officiating. Burial will be in Home Cemetery.
