MARBLE HILL -- Carrie Louise Campbell, 75, of Marble Hill died Monday, May 10, 1999, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born April 21, 1924, at Arriba, Colo., daughter of Herman and Maggie McCallum Brunke. She was a registered nurse, starting her career at the Osteopathic Hospital in Cape Girardeau and later working in several of the nursing homes in the area. She was a member of the Irene Hamm Lodge 563 and a member of The Truth Church...

MARBLE HILL -- Carrie Louise Campbell, 75, of Marble Hill died Monday, May 10, 1999, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born April 21, 1924, at Arriba, Colo., daughter of Herman and Maggie McCallum Brunke.

She was a registered nurse, starting her career at the Osteopathic Hospital in Cape Girardeau and later working in several of the nursing homes in the area. She was a member of the Irene Hamm Lodge 563 and a member of The Truth Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Anne Davis of Marble Hill: a son, Gordon Campbell of Marble Hill; a brother, Earl Brunke of Scott City; two sisters, Margaret Quesenberry of Kansas City and Irma Frye of Scott City; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by a son.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the Liley Funeral Home in Patton.

Funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel, with Charles Lauchner and Chris Brophy officiating.

Burial will be at the Lightener Cemetery in Scott City.
