Carolyn Sue Linhart, 58, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, March 31, 2005, at Saint Francis Medical Center. She was born Dec. 11, 1946, in East Prairie, Mo., daughter of William David and Pearline Mae Davis Hannah. She and Jerry L. Linhart were married May 29, 1965, in East Prairie. He died July 10, 2001...

Carolyn Sue Linhart, 58, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, March 31, 2005, at Saint Francis Medical Center.

She was born Dec. 11, 1946, in East Prairie, Mo., daughter of William David and Pearline Mae Davis Hannah. She and Jerry L. Linhart were married May 29, 1965, in East Prairie. He died July 10, 2001.

Mrs. Linhart was a member of North Side Gospel Church.

Survivors include a son, Jerry Linhart Jr., and wife Michele of Sikeston, Mo.; four daughters, Gloria Parker and husband Allen of Scott City, Veneca Burton and husband David, Pamela Brooks and husband Tim, Victoria Dacus and husband Mitch, all of Cape Girardeau; her mother, Pearline Linhart of Marble Hill, Mo.; two brothers, David W. Hannah and wife Kathy of Cape Girardeau, Rocky Hannah of Marble Hill; three sisters, Ruby Bierschwal and husband Bill of Cape Girardeau, Pamela Rorai and husband David of Marble Hill, and Kathy Fowler of Cape Girardeau.

Also surviving are 12 grandchildren, Jessica Parker, Allen Parker, Zachary Parker, Jerry Linhart, Kaitlyn Linhart, Ashley Burton, David Burton Jr., Kayla Ahrens, Jaden Brooks, Caleb Dacus, Hailey Dacus and Quinton Dacus.

She was preceded in death by her father and two brothers.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Funeral Home from 4 to 8 p.m. today only.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Winferd Wren and Leon Goff officiating. Burial will be in Lorimier Cemetery.
