Carol Ann Scholl, 76, of Jackson died Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014, at her home.
She was born March 29, 1938, in Cape Girardeau, to Willis L. and Jeanette Gibbons Ervin. She and James "Jim" Scholl were married July 12, 1958, in Cape Girardeau.
Carol was a 1956 graduate of Central High School in Cape Girardeau. She worked at Davis Electric in Cape Girardeau, then became a real estate agent and worked at Koen and Hulsey Realty Cos. in Farmington, Missouri. She was a member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include a son, Patrick Wayne Scholl of Jackson; a grandchild, Vanessa Adams of Perryville; and a great-grandchild, Bentley Adams of Perryville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a brother, Ronald Ervin.
Friends may call from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating. Burial will be in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield at a later date.
