Carol Ann Sander, 76, of Millersville passed away Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019, at her son's home in Jackson.

She was born March 16, 1942, in Phoenix, daughter of Oliver "Dean" and Mildred M. Lawrence Harper. She and Doyle J. Sander Sr. were married July 16, 1962. He passed away Jan. 13, 2006.

Carol was a member of Haynes Chapel Congregational Methodist Church near Burfordville.

Loving survivors include three children, Doyle (Brenda Kay) Sander Jr. of Jackson, Carrie Ranaie Sander of Patton, Missouri, and Kevin (Vicki) Sander of Oak Ridge; nine grandchildren, Shanna Welker, Felicia Merkler, Nichole Brown, Kristen Sander, Shaun Sander, Doyle J. Sander III, Miguel Sander, Samantha Stroder and Kristopher Sander; 19 great-grandchildren; a sister, Paula Worley of Baker City, Oregon; and a brother, Marvin Harper of Phoenix.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a great-great-grandson, Noah Dale Stroder; her parents; and her siblings, Yvonne Aycock, Frank Harper and Sharon Hicks.

Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at Haynes Chapel.

Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, with the Rev. Steven Sander officiating. Interment will be in Haynes Chapel Cemetery.

The family suggests contributions be made to Haynes Chapel Cemetery.
