OLMSTED, Ill. -- Memorial service for Carol Ann Neeley of Olmsted will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Jones Funeral Home in Villa Ridge. The Rev. Robert "Bob" Dickerson will officiate, with burial in IOOF Cemetery in Golconda.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until service time.

Neeley, 55, died Thursday, Jan. 28, 1999, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born May 1, 1943, at Golconda, daughter of Charles E. and Mary Lewis Batey. She and Robert "Bob" Neeley were married Dec. 7, 1963, in Mound City.

Neeley was a bookkeeper at Murphy Trucking Co. She was a former member of Olmsted Village Board, and a member of Caledonia Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Richard Neeley of Baring, Wash., Anthony "Tony" Neeley of Grand Chain; a daughter, Robyn Riddle of Olmsted; her mother, Mary Taylor of Golconda; a sister, Charlene Carman of Golconda; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father and a sister.
