Carol Love

EAST CARDONDELET, Ill. -- Carol Jean Love, 58, of East Carondelet died Friday, March 3, 2006, at her residence.

She was born June 18, 1949, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Ralph and Bessie Verble Kaufman.

Love retired after 37 years from Jefferson Barracks Hospital as a nurse.

Survivors include two sisters, Grace Benefield and JoAnn Wilson; and two brothers, the Rev. Ralph E. Kaufman and Richard Kaufman.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.

Love was cremated at her request.

Dashner Funeral Home of Dashner, Ill., was in charge of arrangements.
