JACKSON -- Funeral for Carol Jean Lindley of Jackson will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Landess Funeral Home in Campbell. Mike Fenton will officiate. Burial will be in Stanfield Cemetery at Clarkton.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-9 p.m. today.
Lindley, 56, died last weekend at her home.
She was born Jan. 29, 1944, at Holcomb, daughter of Luther and Alma Case Floyd. She and William C. Lindley Jr. were married July 30, 1960, at Clarkton.
Lindley attended Holcomb Schools. She received an associate degree in nursing from the University of Tennessee at Nashville, and received a bachelor of arts degree from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
She moved a few weeks ago to Jackson from Columbus. She was director of utilization review and quality assurance at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Ja Ree Zaiser and Lori Wolf of Columbus; a brother, Ronald Floyd of Holcomb; two sisters, Phyllis Rees of Montgomery City, Ann Lee of Lee's Summit; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
