CAROL D. ROBERTSON

PERRYVILLE -- Carol D. "C.R." Robertson, 54, of Perryville, died Friday, Nov. 27, 1992, at his home.

He was born July 5, 1938, at Grand Tower, Ill., son of Benjamin and Martha Russell Robertson. He and Carolyn Davis were married Jan. 17, 1963.

Robertson was a truck mechanic at Gilster-Mary Lee, and member of AmVets.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Carla Robertson of Perryville, Tina Holcomb of Cutter, Ill.; two sons, Russell Robertson of Percy, Ill., Tim Robertson of Perryville; his mother of Grand Tower; two brothers, Bennie Russell of Grand Tower, Ronald Robertson of East Prairie; two sisters, Barbara Dethrow of Sparta, Ill., Patricia Hipps of Murphysboro, Ill., and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral service will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Young and Sons Funeral Chapel. The Rev. David Thompson will officiate, with burial in Goodbread Cemetery in Jackson County, Ill.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 3-8 p.m. today, noon-4 p.m. Sunday, and 6:30 a.m. to service time Monday.
