JACKSON -- Carol Anne Brooks, 59, Jackson Route 4, died Thursday, March 12, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center. She was born March 30, 1932, in Grand Rapids, Mich. She and James "Jim" Brooks were married Oct. 5, 1955. He died Oct. 10, 1991. Brooks served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War, from Oct. 2, 1953 to Oct. 28, 1955...
JACKSON -- Carol Anne Brooks, 59, Jackson Route 4, died Thursday, March 12, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center.
She was born March 30, 1932, in Grand Rapids, Mich. She and James "Jim" Brooks were married Oct. 5, 1955. He died Oct. 10, 1991.
Brooks served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War, from Oct. 2, 1953 to Oct. 28, 1955.
Survivors include two sons, Jim and Tim Brooks of Jackson Route 4.

She was also preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Kathryn Sedan and Fred Esch.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the gazebo at Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.
There is no visitation.
McCombs Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
