CARBONDALE, Ill. -- Memorial service for Carmen M. Vaughn of Carbondale will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna, Ill. The Rev. Larry Gilbert will officiate.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 10 a.m. Saturday.
Vaughn, 68, died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2000, at her home.
She was born Oct. 8, 1932, at Mill Creek, Ill., daughter of Hulbert and Zola Mowery Miller. She and Harold B. Vaughn were married May 15, 1949, in Piggott, Ark.
Vaughn was manager of a dentist's office. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Douglas Vaughn of Memphis, Tenn.; her father of Cobden; and a sister, Ruby Hunter of Anna.
