MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Carl R. Rhodes, 63, of Marble Hill died Thursday, Nov. 15, 2001, at the St. Francis Medical Center emergency room.
He was born Feb. 26, 1938, in Bessville, Mo., son of Joseph A. and Nancy Jane Kirkpatrick Rhodes.
A sawmill worker and farmer, Rhodes was a member of the New Bethel Methodist Church.
Survivors include four brothers, John Elmer Rhodes of Texas, Elzie, Delzie and Kenneth Rhodes, all of Marble Hill; two sisters, Thelma Dippold of Cape Girardeau and Norma Jean Jarrell of Dexter.
He was preceded in death by three brothers.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Donald Sander officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery near Marble Hill.
