DONGOLA, Ill. -- Carl B. Lingle, 60, of Dongola died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 1996, as the result of an automobile accident in Pulaski County.
He was born May 5, 1936, in Dongola, son of Raymond A. and Ellena Carney Lingle.
Lingle was employed in the maintenance department of Allied Signal in Metropolis. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 822 in Belknap.
Survivors include his mother of Dongola; two brothers, Jerry Lingle of Dongola, Darryl Lingle of Chicago; and a sister, Glenda Janos of Elk Grove.
Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Anna from 6-9 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Alton Carter and Gerald Parr officiating. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery at Cypress.
