HOUSE SPRINGS, Mo. -- Carl E. Davis, 46, of House Springs, Mo., died Monday, July 17, 2000, at his home.
He was born Jan. 22, 1954, at Marquand, Mo., the son of Everett P. and Lillian E. Gromer Davis. He and Patricia R. Chamberlain were married March 30, 1974.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He also was a member of Mount Olive General Baptist Church in Fenton, Mo.
Survivors include his wife; stepfather, Roy Spenner of Marble Hill, Mo., two sons, Johnny Lee Davis of Hillsboro, Mo., and Shawn Davis of House Springs; two daughters, Donna Ward of Tampa, Fla., and Carla Wilson of Hillsboro; three half brothers, Jimmy, Steve and L.D. Frymire, all of Dexter, Mo.; two stepbrothers, Bruce Spenner of Wynn, Ark., and Mike Spenner of Nashville, Ill.; two sisters, Velta Frymire and Judy Frymire, both of Garland, Texas; two half sisters, Jackie Jullian and Vanessa Torrez, both of Waxahachie, Texas; a stepsister, Cathy Cook of Virginia Beach, Va.; and six grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. at the chapel, with the Rev. Dennis Bazzell officiating. A private graveside service will be Friday at Grassy Cemetery.
