Caleb Michael McClellan, 21, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, May 31, 2009, at Saint Francis Medical Center. He was born May 17, 1988, in Sikeston, Mo., to James M. and Kathleen S. Caleb Michael McClellan, 21, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, May 31, 2009, at Saint Francis Medical Center.

He was born May 17, 1988, in Sikeston, Mo., to James M. and Kathleen S. Andershock McClellan.

McClellan was a student at Southeast Missouri State University and a member of the Church of Christ. His hobbies included custom cars and motorcycles and he enjoyed weight lifting, baseball and golf. He had also been associated with the Democrat Printing Co.

Survivors include his father of Cape Girardeau; his mother of Sikeston; two sisters, Alyssa McClellan of Cape Girardeau, Hannah McClellan of Sikeston; paternal grandmother, Dorris M. McClellan; and maternal grandparents, William L. and Nancy T. Andershock.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Ralph E. McClellan, and maternal great-grandmother, Anni Telkamp.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.

The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the chapel. Bryan D. McAlister, former minister of Jackson Church of Christ, will officiate, assisted by Pat Hogan, associate minister of Shady Acres Church of Christ. Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park.
