CAIRO, Ill. -- Buster Polston, 91, of Cairo died Sunday, March 18, 2001, at Westside Care Center in West Frankfort, Ill.

He was born Feb. 2, 1910, in Bessie, Tenn., son of Martin and Gertrude Sales Polston. He married Syble Polston, who died in 1989.

Polston was a retired construction worker and attended the Methodist church.

Survivors include a brother, Frank Polston of Cairo.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo. The Rev. Kelly Cox will officiate. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens at Villa Ridge, Ill.

Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 10 a.m. until service time.
