BUFORD LEMONS

ADVANCE -- Buford E. Lemons, 75, of Advance, died Thursday, March 14, 1996, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born July 26, 1920, at Zalma, son of Harvey and Carrie Skinner Lemons. He and Louise Moore were married Dec. 2, 1994, in Cape Girardeau.

Lemons was a retired hospital orderly, and member of Balch Pentecostal Church near Zalma. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Survivors include his wife, and a brother, Willie Lemons of Gipsy.

He was preceded in death by a sister and brother.

Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ethel Meyers officiating. Burial will be in Berrong Cemetery at Gipsy, with a graveside military service.
