SIKESTON -- Ervin William "Bud" Westmoland, 78, of Sikeston died Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2000, at Sikeston Convalescent Center.
He was born Sept. 16, 1921, at Matthews, son of Sim and Rose Ellen Chaffin Westmoland.
Westmoland was a farm laborer 42 years with Dempsey Gardner. He was a member of First United Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include a brother, Elmo Westmoland of East Prairie; and a sister, Rossie Chesser of Sikeston.
He was preceded in death by four sisters.
Friends may call at Blanchard Funeral Chapel from 6-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
