Brian David O'Kelly, 27, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, April 9, 2001, at his home.

He was born Nov. 16, 1973, in Cape Girardeau, son of Jim and Mary Holland O'Kelly.

O'Kelly was a 1993 graduate of Central High School. He was a residential construction worker.

Survivors include two daughters, Casie Motes of Kansas City, Mo., Meagan O'Kelly of Jackson, Mo.; his father and stepmother, Jim and Martha O'Kelly of Whitewater, Mo.; his mother, Mary Goforth of Simpson, La.; two brothers, James O'Kelly of Cape Girardeau, Philip O'Kelly of Whitewater; a stepbrother, Donnie Keys of Delta, Mo.; paternal grandmother, Nell Mainer of Cape Girardeau; and fiancee, Andrea Arnold of Jackson.

Private service will be held.

McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau is in charge of arrangements.
