CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Graveside service for Brett Michael Campbell, 3 months, will be at 1 p.m. today at Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee. The Rev. Harry Floyd will officiate.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee from 12 to 12:45 p.m. today.

The infant died Thursday, Nov. 21, 2002, at St. Louis Children's Hospital.

He was born Aug. 16, 2002, in Cape Girardeau, son of Patricia Campbell of Chaffee and Tony Michael Swain of Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include his parents; maternal grandparents, Pam Campbell of Chaffee, Daniel and Shelly Campbell of Perryville, Mo.; paternal grandparents, Jane Swain and Mike and Alice Swain, all of Chaffee; maternal great-grandparents, Harry and Elois Floyd of Fenton, Mo.; paternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Swain of Chaffee and Mr. and Mrs. Dick Davis of Oran, Mo.

He was preceded in death by a brother.
