Brenda Pearl Gould, 59, of Scott City died Saturday, Feb. 7, 2004, at home.
She was born Oct. 9, 1944, at Rome, Ga., daughter of James Curtis Holder McBurnett and Ruby Irene McClure. She and Louis R. Gould were married Dec. 8, 1961, at Garden Grove, Calif.
Gould was employed by KLID Radio Station in Poplar Bluff as a commercial copywriter.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Lourenda Ferraresi of The Colony, Texas, Selena Weaver of Scott City; two sons, Loren and Robert Gould of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; one brother, Van McBurnett of Piedmont, Mo.; one sister, Nancy Hiles of Dupo, Ill.; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, a brother and a grandchild.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel. The Rev. Terry Eades will officiate, with burial in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
