CHAFFEE -- Brenda Elsie Anderson, 55, died Sunday, Nov. 12, 1995, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Oct. 25, 1940, at Centerville, Tenn., daughter of Noah Ezra and Eunice Evelyn Lester Tidwell. She and Bobie Anderson were married Feb. 22, 1960. He preceded her in death Feb. 11, 1990.
Anderson was employed by Chaffee General Hospital as a registered nurse until her retirement.
Survivors include two sons, Standon Anderson and James Anderson, both of Chaffee; three daughters, Darla Grumblatt of Allentown, Pa., Kai Sadler of Brownwood and Andrea Montgomery of Zalma; a brother, Carl Tidwell of Granite City, Ill.; three sisters, June Matyas of Fulton, Ill., Joyce Arensmann of Chaffee and Ruth Staggs of Centerville; and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the House of Prayer in Chaffee.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the House of Prayer. The Rev. Dale Hendrix will officiate, with burial at the Cummins Cemetery in McClure, Ill.
Amick Burnett Funeral Home in Chaffee is in charge of arrangements.
